Welcome to all our new subscribers!
Here we are once again doing our fifth issue. This one will tell you about one very exciting product with many more soon coming up. Pat's Corner "THE SEVEN STEPS TO ROMANCE"
PART FOUR - BELIEVING YOURSELF TO THE PERFECT DATE
Step four out of seven hope you are still with me. Now to recap in case you have missed something step one mainly covered how to take stock after ending up single again. Or maybe never yet venturing out of the single mode. Step two and three mainly covered the C part of the CBA approach to Romance. And that was the Conceiving of your mastering of the date.
Now its time to go to the next step, the step that can and will help decide if you will have another great date or if it will never happen. Thus the B in the CBA approach to dating is simply Believe. That’s right too believe in yourself. Sounds simple doesn’t it but believe me its not that simple at all. In fact this newsletter and then next will focus on making you believe that it is possible.
Let me elaborate about my own romance since I became separated. My first feeling were of sadness and devastation on breaking up with my partner. Thoughts of will I ever love again ran through my head. Feelings of worthlessness compounded my fears about ever loving again. Who would want to love me was the theme that ran through my head. Does this sound familiar I hope not but if you have ever felt like this or feel neglected and worthless then hang on we are going to change that.
Most dating agencies deal with the outside parameters of dating. What about etiquette or where to go on your date. Or what to buy that’s all great and fine but here at Date Poems we deal with you. That’s right I said you. I am in the same situation you are in looking and wondering and feeling sad and scared and wondering if I am worthy of a woman’s love.
So after being soundly rejected by my wife and thrust out into the world of single hood again well at first yes I felt very depressed about things. Then I realized it was time to use all the many years of spiritual training that I have taken over the past many years. I began with a few simple sayings that I already talked about in previous newsletters such as :
Patrick am a very positive, self confident man who is now attracting a very positive, self confident attractive woman to myself. Ladies it’s the very same all you do is change what I said to what you are looking for.Then on to the next step the all important first date scenario. But before proceeding with this we first conceived of your success. By writing down and visualizing exactly how this date would go.
Make it so real that you can see it happening. You are looking into her or his eyes you are talking and walking together.Success has and will always begin in your own mind. Once that part is established the rest is not easy but certainly doable in every way. So now we imprint this image of what we want into our brain. And we play it over like a tape recorder into our selves over and over until we start to believe it will happen.
Then its on to the second step of believing which we will talk about in the next newsletter the act which will cement the belief into a reality. So till then hang in there and remember you are worth loving. You are a spiritual being who is totally unique in every way and the universe will always love you no matter what.
One moment in time I stood alone
Scared and unsure and what would be of me
Could I ever find love again I did not know
But yet you see the universe still loved me
I was not alone anymore
So now no matter what may come of my life to be sure
There will always be love enough for me and you too
So don’t feel scared or alone cause your not instead you are part of a universal home
P. S. Once again as I mentioned before I am not an English major so remember the grammar may indeed not be perfect but as long as you are getting the message that’s what counts.
